Why this exists.

Hey all, welcome to the party!

I’m Seth — the man behind the curtain at Unfound Sounds. In a nutshell, I’m a hobby musician/producer and marketing professional. Through this, and my other projects like GRFN Records, I hope to shine a light on the incredible music being made by indie artists like yourself that goes largely unheard.

With the impact of AI on an already saturated market, being heard is harder than ever before. Not only are you competing with other talented artists, now you’re competing with machines that have been trained to rip-off those talented artists in a matter of seconds. For this reason, I don't accept submissions that have been generated by AI.

Along those same lines, I can assure you that every review here is written by a human (probably me) who actually sat down and listened to the song. There are no shortcuts to this process and it takes time and a passion for discovering new sounds.
